Deviation Actions
October was busy for me was I was preparing for comic con and thought it was also a good idea to start my first inktober challenge.
For every day of October, 31 drawings and a theme of something different everytime.
Managed to do it even if I missed a few days and caught up with the missed days. Never doing that sort of thing in a good while. Gotten a bit sick of drawing and already thinking of my next cosplay with Monster Hunter. I'm going to make a workable switchaxe! Never made a prop that was bigger than myself and thinking of how to transport it.
Comic con was much more organised this year even though they sold out of all the tickets for Saturday. Just walked in and got my wristband. I was crossdressing as Yuichiro from Owari no Seraph and amazed on how many Mikas and other characters from the series were there! More vampires than humans from the meetup on Sunday. There was like 20 of us and glad the weather held up as it was drizzly. Think I befriended a few Kruls from that meet up. Friends with the enemy!
Luckily survived comic con and the next weekend was a trip to my friend's place and a Monster Hunter 4 event in their city. Still trying to convert them from newbie to expert (HR 4 atm for them.) At the event they ask what HR rank we were and I am HR 335 or close to that. My monster of expertise are Rajang and I killed like 100+ of them already. Used to be really scared fighting them before but thanks to guild quests and the hunters' plans, immune now. Nearly close to winning a timed quest with a partner that I only met on the day (HR 120-ish) complained a lot when they died in the early quests. It's only a game and having competitive quests with other hunters made me feel highly strung and shaky.
Normally I like to play in the comfort of my room, in a comfy chair and slouch.

Overwatch Group Cosplay
The events in July was me being overly tired and pulling a few overnighters for Amecon. Me and my friends had decided to do a group cosplay from the videogame Overwatch. Thinking about it, I didn't know who suggested it but even though I don't own a copy of the game but I love the character designs so much to know name them. In my research in picking a character I liked enough to pour my blood, sweat, and tears into. Watching all the character's shorts, Sombra was the one that appealed to me the most. There's a computer hacker correlation between my last cosplay Futaba from Persona 5 and Sombra!

Aching Limbs and Splitters
It's July and I haven't been here for few months again due to work and cosplay stuff. There has been a lot of wood carving within that time period and my right hand aches. After all the hours, I finally get a splitter today and bending my fingers feels weird. Focusing on the overwatch props and pieces on the costumes:
1. Reaper's back spine things on the jacket.
2. Sombra's submachine gun.
3. Sombra's hacking back piece.
Also painting vinyl/pleather with acrylic paints mixed with acetone (nail varnish remover). Finding the correct shades is impossible when it's a strange type of blue and dark purple-ish blue. It's less than a month until
Delusions and Monster Hunting
It's been a while since my last post and trying to write this on my mobile for the first time. Time seems to slip away so easily at the moment.
Let's see...playing Monster Hunter World and just finished Chaos;Child the last few months. Personally I'm quite attached to hunting monsters for armour and lots of mixed sets which isn't what I had in mind as I'm used to being a fashion hunter. Reached over HR100 and need to complete the last optional quest of the three elder monsters. The walls in this game had been the Kirin HR49 and the event quest Deviljho HR50. The Warmest Corner
The current weather is forced me into living mainly one room as the entire house is colder than outside. Im so glad that portable radiators exists and to be more able to do activities. Plus it's not worth to heat the whole house by myself.
The best thing I got from the Black Friday sale is my new phone. It was begining to be hellish living on a 8GB phone with no external SD card slot. Just wondering how I managed stay on the same handset for at least 2 years and it was a second hand one too. It's probably the first time that I actually got a brand new phone instead of family giving me their old technologies (even my mp3 player is my siblings
